Programmed and led by Exercise Physiologists & High Performance Coaches, this class consists of weightlifting, resistance, and circuit training designed specifically for PwP's to improve strength, power, and overall fitness.


There is an emphasis on correct technique with all basics covered and closely supervised to ensure that the movements are performed safely even by people with no prior experience going to the gym or exercise.
