boxing & balance

1:30 - 2:30pm

Our Gladesville class features modified non-contact boxing drills and real combinations used by fighters in the ring — all adapted to suit people living with Parkinson’s. Sessions also include strength and balance exercises designed to improve mobility and reduce the risk of falls.

 

We’re currently running one class per week, with plans to expand as our local community grows!
