With almost a decade of clinical experience, Nate brings a unique blend of skills to KOPD. He combines his expertise as an exercise physiologist with his experience as a kickboxer. Nate's passion, knowledge, and substantial clinical practice are integral to delivering our unique Parkinson's-tailored programs.

Kaelyn Rahardja is a dedicated Exercise Physiologist with a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of Sydney, specialising in Pilates and strength training. She has a background in competitive tennis and training in Muay Thai Kickboxing and has a special interest in working with people with Parkinson's.

boxing, brazilian jiu-jitsu & mma coach
Tom has trained, competed, and coached a variety of martial arts all his life. He has a background in Karate, Kickboxing, and holds a Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt. He has extensive experience working as a support worker for people within the NDIS.

Monique is the longest serving KOPD coach. She has been involved in the program since its inception. Her dedication and passion for working with people with Parkinson's has been a great asset to the KOPD team.
